For websites and content generated by our AI:

  • You own the rights to the output generated specifically for you
  • We retain ownership of our AI models, algorithms, and pre-existing materials
  • You may use the generated content for personal or commercial purposes as permitted by your subscription plan

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior consent
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
  • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Services

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of our Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. redesignr.ai expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any content generated will meet your requirements or expectations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless redesignr.ai and its licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
