Wix is a closed platform. Pages are composed in its own editor and it does not accept a wholesale import of external HTML. Any tool claiming to redesign your Wix site in place is overstating things, so it's worth being clear about what's actually available.
This is the practical route if you're staying on Wix. Generate the redesign from your live URL, then rebuild it in the Wix editor using the generated page as a reference — section order, type hierarchy, spacing, colour usage.
That's slower than pasting code, but it removes the hardest part of a Wix redesign, which is deciding what the page should look like. Copying a design you can see is much easier than inventing one.
Wix's HTML embed element runs custom markup inside an iframe. That works for a self-contained widget or a single decorative block, and it doesn't work for a page layout — the iframe doesn't participate in the page's flow, and the styling is isolated.
